- Customised system concept: As a complete system supplier, we cover all phases of coating, painting, laminating, drying and winding, thus providing a tailor-made solution for your products.
- Laminating and embossing: Aumann systems process decorative films (50–600 μm) and automotive films (0.5–5 mm) at temperatures of up to 200°C. Features such as quick embossing roller changes and high embossing pressures (up to 25 tonnes) ensure the highest quality at speeds of up to 60 m/min.
- Coating / Printing and varnishing: Aumann systems guarantee precision and reproducibility for all types of film (e.g. furniture, automotive interiors). Flexible application units, trolley systems and efficient dryers enable high line speeds. Especially for 2D and 3D decorative films (high gloss/super matt) with working widths up to 2,400 mm and speeds up to 100 m/min.
