LRC adhesive application Line 5600:

The plant shown above shows a line in the Automotive Interior area. Various components from the vehicle interior are guided by means of electronic monorail system through a variety of stations tailored to your application. Depending on the condition, the handling can also be linked by our KTS (Kiener Transfer System). The workpiece carriers pass through the following stations:

Insert Station- Bestücken der Bauteile in die Carriers
LRC 1flaming Station – Surface treatment by flame
LRC 2 adhesive Station 1 – Spray application on the A side of the components
LRC 3 adhesive station 1 – spray application on the B side of the components (fold areas)
Online mixing unit for dispersion adhesives (2K)
Dry continuous furnace
Extraction Station – removal of components from the carriers

The LRC adhesive application Line 5600 can be extended at any time in conjunction with our sister company COMAG from Vienna with the process steps punching, laminating, fine blanking and clinching.
